We are looking for an

AI / Generative AI Expert with

8–10 years of overall experience to research, develop and implement advanced AI solutions. The role will focus on leveraging existing AI/Generative AI assets, developing innovative solutions and driving the adoption of

Generative AI, GPT/LLMs and Agentic AI across business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Reuse and enhance existing

AI/Generative AI libraries, platforms, models and assets

.

- Research and develop novel

AI and Generative AI algorithms and techniques

.

- Design, develop and optimize end-to-end AI/ML solutions for various applications.

- Work across

Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision and Machine Learning use cases.

- Develop and implement solutions using

GPT models, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI

.

- Conduct experiments, analyze results and improve model performance, accuracy, scalability and efficiency

.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in

AI, Generative AI, LLMs and industry trends

.

- Contribute to the development and adoption of

AI/Generative AI best practices, standards and frameworks

.

- Drive

AI innovation and Agentic AI adoption within the organization.





- Ensure appropriate application of

Responsible AI and AI ethics principles.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of overall experience in

AI / Machine Learning / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence

.

- Strong hands-on expertise in

Generative AI, GPT Models / LLMs, Data Science and Python

.

- Solid understanding of

Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks and Reinforcement Learning

.

- Hands-on experience with

RAG, GANs, VAEs and other Generative AI models

.

- Strong knowledge of

NLP and Computer Vision techniques.

- Good understanding of statistics, probability, data mining and data cleaning

.

- Strong experience with

SQL and Python ML packages such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost and Keras.

- Experience in building data pipelines and working with at least one cloud platform

.

- Good knowledge of

Git, GitLab and CI/CD

.

- Familiarity with

AI ethics and Responsible AI practices

.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research and collaboration skills.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
