Position Summary The General Manager sales and marketing from a Real Estate business background will be responsible for analysing the prospective clients and selling the company’s products and services and to develop and research marketing opportunities and sales strategies. The general manager sales & marketing will also be responsible for hiring and training sales staff, ensuring that the department meets its sales targets and customer’s expectations and developing a departmental strategic plan.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching employees.

- To conceptualize and execute sales promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

- Monitor and analyse new product launch results and recommend action to address any forecast variance to volume budget monthly.

- To evaluate and maintain a marketing strategy.

- To develop and manage advertising campaigns.

- Meets marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.

- Strategize, Budgeting and Manage the Project and Event Launch.

- Leading branding efforts for residential projects and Plots.

- Driving Channel partners to increase efficiency of business growth.

- Prepares and completes marketing action plan.

- Accomplishes sales objectives by identifying and on-boarding new channel sales Partners

- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.

- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.

- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on salesopportunities.

- To achieve total sales revenue as per the target fixed by management.

- Prepares and completes marketing action plan.





- Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.

- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.

- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.

- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.

- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.

- Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and CRM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate or construction industry.

- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, business development, and achieving sales targets.

- Strong expertise in strategic sales planning, marketing campaigns, channel partner management, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent leadership, team management, coaching, and performance management skills.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Sound knowledge of market research, pricing strategies, branding, and digital marketing trends.

- Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and business analytics tools.

- Robust financial acumen with the ability to analyse sales performance, budgets, and business opportunities.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.

- Ability to make strategic decisions, solve complex business challenges, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹135,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
