Job Objective

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead our sales function, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading highperforming teams, acquiring key corporate clients, and driving overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.

- Drive corporate sales, business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation initiatives.

- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare MIS and business reports for management.





- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience.

- Establish and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, conversions, and overall business growth.

Requirements

- We are looking for a professional who: Has 4–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.

- Possesses strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.

- Has excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.

- Has a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

- Is capable of handling key accounts, strategic partnerships, and high-value client relationships.

- Has experience in the events, hospitality, or service industry (preferred).

- Is proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
