Position: General Manager – HR & Admin
Industry: Garment Manufacturing
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR & Administration activities in a garment manufacturing workplace.
Proven experience in managing HR operations, employee relations, manpower planning, recruitment, discipline and statutory compliance.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to independently handle HR & Admin functions in a large-scale garment factory.
Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing employee welfare, grievance handling and workplace discipline will be an added advantage.
Preference will be given to Retired Ex-Army / Indian Air Force Officers with relevant HR & Administration experience.
Work location is Tirupur, Tamilnadu
