Hiring: General Manager – Exports - Generex Pharmassist

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Exports to drive international business growth and expand our presence in global markets. Experience from Europe , US market is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute export strategies for nutraceutical formulations across international markets.

✔ Identify current business opportunities, distributors, and strategic partners.

✔ Drive market expansion and achieve export sales targets.

✔ Manage product commercialization in collaboration with R&D;, QA, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.

✔ Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, labeling, and country-specific requirements.

✔ Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.

✔ Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance,



and Production teams for seamless export operations.

✔ Build and mentor a high-performing export team.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.

✔ 10–12+ years of international sales/export management experience in Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG.

✔ Proven track record of developing and growing global markets.

✔ Strong understanding of export regulations, international business development, and regulatory compliance.

✔ Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ International travel flexibility.
