– GENERAL MANAGER

Position: General Manager (GM)

Salary: ₹41,000 – ₹43,000 per month

Annual Package: Up to ₹5.20 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: MBA / Post Graduation from a reputed college is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall day-to-day business and office operations.
- Coordinate between management, HR, administration, accounts, and operational teams.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Handle recruitment coordination and support management in building an effective team.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Ensure assigned projects and tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Conduct team meetings and follow up on pending work.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and other business associates.
- Assist senior management in planning, decision-making, and business development.
- Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
- Maintain professional standards and smooth communication across departments.
