We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-10 years of experience to join our team as a GenAI Staff in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have expertise in RAG, LLM, fine-tuning, multi-agent, and agentic AI.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement advanced AI models using RAG, LLM, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy multi-agent systems.
- Fine-tune existing AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
- Work on projects involving agent-based modeling and artificial intelligence.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of RAG,



LLM, fine-tuning, multi-agent, and agentic AI.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
