About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Agentic AI Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, along with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and multi-agent systems. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI architectures, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build intelligent multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Implement and manage Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous decision-making and task orchestration.
- Develop MCP-based integrations to enable seamless communication between AI agents, applications, and enterprise systems.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Large Language Models.
- Design prompts, workflows, and orchestration strategies to improve AI model performance and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Teams to define AI solution architectures.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads in AWS cloud environments.
- Evaluate and implement emerging Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI technologies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.




- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Maintain technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and knowledge repositories.
- Contribute to AI innovation initiatives and support the adoption of modern AI engineering practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 10 years of overall experience in software development, Machine Learning, and AI solutions.
- Strong background in Machine Learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and Deep Learning concepts.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI application development.
- At least 6 months of practical experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- Strong expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing complex multi-agent architectures.
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent communication frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI application development and backend engineering.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration techniques.
- Experience integrating AI models into enterprise applications and production systems.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and cloud-based AI deployments.
- Experience with Git, source control practices,



and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience deploying and supporting AI applications in production environments.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
