We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant – Dynamics AX / D365 Finance with strong hands-on expertise in the D365 Finance module and core finance processes.
The ideal candidate should have solid functional knowledge across AP, GL, AR, Fixed Assets, O2C, and P2P , with the ability to understand business requirements, configure solutions, and support end-to-end finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 Finance functional solutions .
- Configure and support D365 Finance functionality based on business needs.
- Work extensively on Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets .
- Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,
testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Support users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Dynamics AX / D365 Finance Functional Consultant.
- Robust hands-on experience with D365 Finance .
- Detailed experience in:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance business processes .
- Experience with D365 Finance configuration, troubleshooting, and functional support.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
