- Looking for an experienced Functional Analyst / Solution Designer to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

/n

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

/n

- Work on enterprise applications involving Microsoft Azure, Node.js, and enterprise integration platforms such as HIP.

/n

- Drive functional analysis, solution design, application integration, testing, release planning, and production rollout.

/n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

/n

- Create functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

/n

- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams.

/n

- Provide functional guidance for Azure-based and Node.js applications.

/n

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.

/n

- Review APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise application dependencies.

/n

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, production validation, defect triage, and issue resolution.

/n

- Plan and manage application onboarding, rollout, release, deployment, and Go-Live activities.

/n

- Prepare release schedules, deployment plans, rollout communications, release notes, and functional documentation.

/n

- Manage rollout risks, dependencies, change requests, and rollback plans.

/n

- Coordinate production deployment, smoke testing, business sign-off, and hypercare/post-production support.

/n

- Support change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption of new functionality.

/n





- Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, governance, and organizational processes.

/n /n Mandatory Skills /n /n

- 7–10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Solution Designer.

/n

- Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification, and solution design.

/n

- Experience with Microsoft Azure and modern backend technologies such as Node.js.

/n

- Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and enterprise integrations.

/n

- Hands-on understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration requirements.

/n

- Experience with SAP C4C, SAP CPQ, and CRM/Sales processes.

/n

- Solid experience in UAT, SIT, defect management, release management, and production validation.

/n

- Experience managing end-to-end application rollouts and Go-Live activities.

/n

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

/n

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.

- Experience working with a large international/global organization.

- Knowledge of enterprise application support processes.

- CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA / ECBA certification.

- CSM / CSPO / SAFe or equivalent Agile certification.

- Knowledge of SAP ecosystem and enterprise CRM processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, ECE, Information Systems, or related field.

- MBA / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent is an advantage.
