Role & responsibilities:

- Develop, test and deploy applications using Java 1.8, Spring Boot and J2EE.
- Contribute to front-end development using Angular, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support application features and business requirements.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations.
- Contribute to bug fixes, production support and application performance tuning.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Document technical solutions and follow established coding and development best practices.
- Actively learn and adopt new tools and technologies to improve delivery and development effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile: Positive knowledge of Spring Boot and REST API development; experience in Angular or any JavaScript framework with strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript; solid understanding of SQL including joins, stored procedures and query optimization; strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Exposure to Python scripting will be an added advantage.
