Role & responsibilities

- Design, build, and own end-to-end web application features across front-end and back-end, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern frameworks, with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs, services, and data models to support product functionality
- Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure applications are production-ready and scalable
- Review code for quality, performance, security, and maintainability, contributing to a strong engineering culture
- Promote best practices for testing, CI/CD, and DevOps integration across the full stack

Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve the product and developer experience

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a web development
- [Mandatory] Strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend web development using modern frameworks (e.g.



React/Next.js, Node.js, Python or similar)
- [Mandatory] Solid understanding of web application architecture, including client-server communication, RESTful APIs design patterns
- [Mandatory] Proven experience building responsive, scalable and performant user interface using HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
- [Mandatory] Hands-on experience with database including data modelling and query optimization
- [Mandatory] Experience designing, building and consuming APIs and integrating with third party services (e.g. GCP services)
- [Mandatory] Robust knowledge of Git workflows, code review and maintaining high code quality standards
- [Mandatory] Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and development workflows
- [Mandatory] Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment workflows
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with designers, product managers and other engineers
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
