Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Full-Time Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on exposure across daily e-commerce operations, localized SEO/catalog management, customer coordination, and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day platform listings, product updates, and content optimization across gift and decoration categories.
- Coordinate vendor, logistics, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist the marketing team with social media planning, short-form trend research, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and booking confirmations to maintain exceptional service quality.
- Conduct basic market research, competitor benchmarking, and platform performance audits.





Requirements & Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and event operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Familiarity with basic digital tools (Canva, social media platforms, or content management tools is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Recent graduates or final-year students available for immediate, in-office, full-time commitment.
