Role Description The French Trainer will deliver engaging, structured French language classes to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities include planning lessons, developing teaching materials, conducting assessments, and providing detailed feedback to support learner progress. The trainer will integrate interactive activities, role-plays, and real-life scenarios to improve language fluency and confidence.



The role also involves maintaining learner records, collaborating with academic teams to enhance curricula, and participating in training quality reviews. This is a full-time, remote role based in India.

Qualifications

- Solid command of the French language (preferably B2 or above) and ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation clearly.
- Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment in a language training or academic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and adapt teaching methods.
- Comfort with using digital tools, online learning platforms, and multimedia resources to support classroom teaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; formal teaching certification or language teaching credentials are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a French language trainer, teacher, or instructor in schools, colleges, or training institutes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work full time, remote role based in India, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
