Role:

Hands-on Technical Lead responsible for leading a small development team while actively developing and maintaining enterprise applications. The role involves full-stack development, architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with Product, QA, and Architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies.

- Work across backend, frontend, database, API, and integration layers.

- Build and support REST APIs and enterprise web applications.

- Drive technical decisions, application modernization, performance optimization, and security best practices.
