About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Java + React.js) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects within the payments domain, contributing to the development of scalable, reliable, and creative software solutions.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and engineering leaders to deliver features that enhance our service offerings. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and usability. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in engineering or related fields,



with at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree. Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly in Java and React.js, is essential.

Familiarity with the payments domain is highly advantageous, providing insight into the specific challenges and compliance requirements of financial transactions. Candidates should have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda, and EKS. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach are critical for success in this role.

A track record of mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence is also highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and implement scalable and secure full-stack solutions, ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend components.
- Collaborate effectively with product teams, QA, engineering managers, and peers to define requirements, plan development activities, and deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Support and optimize live production services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security standards are maintained.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.




- Identify areas for technical enhancement, propose innovative solutions, and drive the end-to-end development of new features and functionalities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure transparency and effective project management.
