About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer to join our team on a contractual basis with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance. This role is primarily focused on developing and maintaining banking applications, ensuring seamless integration of backend and frontend components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with React for frontend, and familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS.

The role requires a proactive individual capable of building robust applications from scratch and independently delivering end-to-end solutions. Candidates should possess a keen interest in AI tools and agentic AI technologies, as these are integral to our current projects. The position is based in Hyderabad, with a requirement for five days of on-site work per week, and offers an engaging environment where innovation and technical excellence are highly valued.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fullstack development, particularly in the banking or financial services domain.



They should possess a strong command of Core Java, specifically Java 17 or later versions. Proficiency in React.js for frontend development is essential, along with hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

A solid understanding of database management with PostgreSQL or SQL is required. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in building REST APIs, working with Kafka for messaging, and developing microservices architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment is also necessary.

Additionally, experience using at least one AI tool in development is mandatory, and knowledge of agentic AI or AI agents is considered a significant advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to building scalable applications are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining banking applications using Java and React. They will work on building scalable microservices architectures, integrating REST APIs, and deploying applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software within stipulated timelines.

The developer will also be tasked with implementing AI tools and agentic AI features into applications,



ensuring these integrations enhance functionality and user experience. Monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing code for efficiency will be ongoing responsibilities. Additionally, the candidate will participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and stay updated with emerging technologies to continually improve development processes.

The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders is vital to succeed in this role.
