Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web application development. The candidate should have strong practical experience in Node.js, React.js, AWS, REST APIs, EJS, and Zoho integrations, along with exposure to AI-assisted development and AI coding tools.

The role requires someone who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend development, taking ownership of applications, troubleshooting issues, and using modern development practices to build reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and EJS.
- Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with AWS for application deployment, hosting, storage, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Zoho applications and APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve the performance of frontend and backend applications.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Explore and implement opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new applications.




- Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding practices and established development standards.
- Work closely with the product, QA, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and EJS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Practical experience working with AWS services for deployment, hosting, storage, and monitoring.
- Experience working with Zoho applications and Zoho APIs.
- Working knowledge of Git and version control practices.
- Experience with React.js concepts such as Hooks, Components, State Management, and API Integration.
- Exposure to AI coding and development tools, including GitHub, Kiro, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of modern full-stack application architecture.
- Experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS.
- Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into applications will be an advantage.
- The candidate should be comfortable adopting modern development practices and using AI-driven software development tools to improve the way applications are built, tested, maintained, and enhanced.
