Role Description The Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of web applications and digital products. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves owning both front-end and back-end architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Day-to-day tasks include translating business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from team members, and setting best practices for development and testing.

The Tech Lead will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers, guide junior engineers, and participate in technical decision-making and project planning. The role also includes troubleshooting complex issues, optimizing existing systems, and staying current with modern frameworks, tools, and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
- Solid skills in Front-End Development, including contemporary JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and define development standards and best practices.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, performance optimization, and testing.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in Chennai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
