Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications while working across the complete software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and fellow developers to deliver reliable, production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented frontend and backend code.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Work closely with frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture planning, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and application issues.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Technical Skills

- 3–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.




- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, state management (Redux/Zustand), and responsive UI development.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js (NestJS/Express.js).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, API versioning, authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth2), and API security.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including database design, indexing, query optimization, and transactions.
- Working knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, background jobs, and message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) or equivalent.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture.




- Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest or similar frameworks.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and performance optimization skills.
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and application security.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with WebSockets for real-time applications.
- Exposure to Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
- Basic knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience working on high-traffic, scalable web applications.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
