Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Ksoft Technologies, you will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support MVP development, AI automation, and legacy modernization projects. You will work closely with product, design, and client teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions, implementing both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing user interfaces, integrating APIs, managing databases, ensuring application performance and security, and participating in code reviews.





You will also troubleshoot issues in existing systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development workflows and automation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghat.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, server-side frameworks, and database design and integration.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD practices for secure, scalable deployments.
- Ability to work with legacy systems and contribute to modernization efforts (e.g., refactoring monoliths, migrating to newer stacks).
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in startup or consulting environments and familiarity with AI-powered products or automation is a plus.
