About The Role We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at Blue Spire Inc. This role requires a highly skilled professional with over 8 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of Spring MVC and Spring Security for secure and efficient application development.
- Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD practices for streamlined deployment processes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or similar is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail,



and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Create and manage Microservices and RESTful APIs aligned with business requirements.
- Develop engaging, user-friendly web applications utilizing React, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
- Integrate React-based frontend applications with backend APIs to enable seamless data flow and functionality.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and performance optimization.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions on time.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement and project planning.
