About the Role

AISECT DDUKK Hazaribagh is looking for an experienced and technically proficient FTCP (Computer Hardware) Trainer to deliver practical and classroom-based training to candidates enrolled under skill development projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting and maintenance, along with prior teaching/training experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training as per the FTCP job role curriculum.
- Provide hands-on training in:
- Computer hardware components and their functions
- Desktop PC assembly and disassembly
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware
- Operating system installation and basic configuration
- Hardware troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, SMPS, processor and peripheral devices
- Printers, scanners and other computer peripherals
- Basic networking and connectivity
- Preventive maintenance and computer servicing
- Hardware safety and best practices
- Demonstrate practical troubleshooting techniques and encourage trainees to perform hands-on activities.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests and regular trainee evaluations.
- Maintain trainee attendance, assessment records and other project-related documentation.
- Ensure training is delivered according to the prescribed curriculum and project guidelines.
- Coordinate with center management and placement teams regarding trainee progress and job readiness.
- Maintain discipline and ensure proper utilization and safety of lab equipment.

Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma/ITI in Computer Hardware,



Computer Science, Electronics, IT or a relevant technical discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong practical and hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable conducting both theoretical and practical sessions.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in Government Skill Development Projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates who:

- Have prior experience working as an FTCP Trainer.
- Have a valid and active TOT (Training of Trainers) certificate for the FTCP job role.
- Have previously worked on JSDMS projects or other Government Skill Development projects.
- Have practical experience in computer hardware installation, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Can independently manage a computer hardware practical lab.
- Have a proven track record of delivering technical training to youth/candidates.
