About The Role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Web Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications that deliver seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers. Your expertise in front-end technologies and back-end PHP development will be crucial in building scalable and efficient web solutions.

You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional web pages, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for coding, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a solid educational background in B.Tech or equivalent technical qualifications, along with practical experience in web development. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and PHP is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in UI development, including creating responsive layouts, optimizing web pages for performance, and debugging using Chrome Developer Tools.

A good understanding of web technologies like AJAX, JSON, REST APIs, and third-party web services is required. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with version control systems such as Git will be advantageous.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web applications using standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP, adhering to best coding practices and development standards.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into fully responsive and interactive web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Write clean, well-structured, and documented code to facilitate future updates, scalability, and maintainability of applications.




- Optimize web applications to ensure maximum speed, performance, and scalability, addressing cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Regularly communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to team leads or managers, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance development processes and application quality.
