About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Application Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive web applications that enhance our digital presence and support our educational offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in front-end development, UI/UX implementation, and backend integration, with a focus on creating seamless, user-friendly interfaces.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web solutions that meet business needs and user expectations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech or equivalent technical background with demonstrated expertise in front-end technologies. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and PHP is essential.



Candidates should have a solid understanding of UI development principles, responsive design, and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with web technologies such as AJAX, JSON, REST APIs, and third-party web services is required.

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and version control tools like Git will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dynamic, high-performance web applications using standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP, adhering to best coding practices and development standards.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into fully responsive, interactive, and visually appealing web pages and prototypes, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
- Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly documented code to facilitate future maintenance, scalability, and collaboration.
- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability, ensuring compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Regularly communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to team leads or managers,



and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Implement analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor user behavior and website performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
