About The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Frontend Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to join our product and technology team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Founder and the product/technology team, taking ownership of frontend development across our product suite. You will be involved throughout the development lifecycle - from making architecture and technical decisions to building, debugging, optimizing, and continuously improving our web applications.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, has a strong eye for detail, and can independently take a frontend feature from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of frontend development across our product suite.
- Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Make thoughtful frontend architecture and technology decisions.
- Integrate and work with REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
- Identify and implement opportunities for performance optimization.
- Write clean, well-structured, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with the Founder, product, design, and technology teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and development workflows.
- Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and recommend improvements where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 3–4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Working knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of Git and version-control workflows.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Good knowledge of UI/UX best practices and ability to build intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience with frontend debugging and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and take ownership of frontend deliverables.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
