Graduate in Hotel Management must

Minimum 10 Years Front office experiance of a well established brand Hotel chain

#Working Experiance in brand International Chain Hotels in Overseas added advantage

Thorough knowledge in Hotel software PMS is must with Operations /Transactions and informational report

Extra experiance in F & B dept working knowledge is an added advantage

Thorough knowledge in OTA and channel Manager Operations and Online portal handing and promotions and packages is must

Target on Room Reservations increase and Guest Relations and reviews to increase is must

Offline marketing experiance is an added advantages with in hands contacts on B2B / Corporate etc

Fluent in Speaking and writing skill must with Hindi /Malayalam Speaking

Handling enqueries for Food & Beverages Parties /Functions etc through Front office is required

#Occasional feild visits to major local corporate Companies etc required

Monitoring of Front office staffs on breifing / Job allocation and evealuation is required

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
