Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Indranagar Bangalore responsible for managing day-to-day reception and front desk operations. This role includes greeting visitors, handling check-in procedures, answering and directing phone calls, and providing clear information.

Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and courteously. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Check-in, to ensure a professional and productive front office experience.




- Candidates should possess front desk operational skills, including Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, to manage calls, visitors, and inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and management, both in person and over the phone.
- Relevant experience in front office, receptionist, or administrative roles in hospitality, corporate, or service environments is beneficial.
- Basic computer proficiency (email, office applications, scheduling tools) and the ability to learn new systems quickly are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment are important.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training in office administration or customer service is an advantage.
