We are looking for a Front Line Sales with experience in real estate sales, residential property sales, lead generation, customer handling, site visits, and lead conversion. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- ·Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company’s lead database.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable residential property details.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Handle customer requirements and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate leads data, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Coordinate with the CRM, and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Negotiate with customers and support the closure of sales.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.




- Maintain professional relationships with customers and support post-sales coordination when required.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in apartment sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Chennai residential property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Good understanding of property documentation and the home-buying process.

Qualification

- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with relevant experience in real estate, residential apartment sales may apply.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
