We are looking for a fresher Certified CPA from in Montana Accountancy Board, USA, Can be verify from "https://ald.nasba.org/search/cpa" to support accounting, audit, assurance, financial reporting, internal control and compliance assignments.

The candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail and the ability to work with clients and senior audit professionals.

Qualification Requirements

- CPA licensed in Montana.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- 13 year of accounting, audit or assurance experience is acceptable.
- Good understanding of US GAAP, financial statements, accounting principles and internal controls.
- Basic knowledge of audit and assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and accounting records.
- Perform basic audit and assurance procedures under supervision.
- Review ledgers, journal entries, reconciliations and supporting documents.
- Support testing of internal controls and financial processes.
- Assist senior auditors in gathering and reviewing audit evidence.
- Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, control gaps and documentation issues.
- Assist in account reconciliation and financial analysis.




- Support compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized client documentation.
- Communicate with clients for required records and clarifications.
- Support preparation of audit findings and reports.
- Assist with risk assessments and control testing.
- Follow confidentiality, independence and professional ethics requirements.
- Support other accounting, advisory and assurance engagements as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge Candidates with basic knowledge or academic exposure to the following will be preferred:

- SOC 1 / SOC 2
- US GAAP
- GAAS
- Internal controls
- Risk assessment
- Financial audit
- AICPA Trust Services Criteria
- Information-security and compliance audits
- Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- QuickBooks or similar accounting applications
