ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Engineer to join our Central Recruitment Unit's project/business team. The role involves coordination of the tendering and bidding process for airport ground-support equipment and systems, including tender documentation, portal tracking, stakeholder coordination, vendor follow-ups and timely submission of bids.

This is an excellent chance for fresh engineering graduates to build a career in aviation infrastructure, government tendering and business bidding .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender/bid documents.
- Track GeM and e-Tendering portals for relevant opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical and Finance teams for timely tender submissions.
- Follow up with government departments, PSUs, airport authorities and clients.
- Maintain tender documentation, correspondence and bid records.
- Assist in preparing technical bid documents for PBB,



BHS, ACFT, ASFT, ETD, Ambulift and VHF/UHF systems .
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for technical specifications, compliance certificates and supporting documents.
- Assist in completing EMD, PBG and other tender formalities .
- Maintain MIS, tender trackers and bid-status reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tender-related documents.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Automobile or Instrumentation Engineering .
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Final-year candidates who have cleared / are eligible for the 8th semester may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory .

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint .
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn technical products and aviation-domain knowledge.

- PBB – Passenger Boarding Bridge
- BHS – Baggage Handling System

- ETD – Explosive Trace Detector
