Hindi Business Email (.EML) Collection Project – India

We are looking for participants based in India who have access to genuine business emails with subject lines written in Hindi to support the development of AI systems and multilingual datasets.

Requirements

- Emails must be in .EML format
- Dated after March 1, 2023
- Subject line must contain at least 4 words in Hindi
- Email body can be in Hindi, English, or both
- Emails must be genuine and belong to the participant
- Maximum 5 emails per sender domain per category
- Diverse sender domains are preferred

Not Accepted

AI-generated, scraped, purchased, forwarded (Fwd:), replied (Re:), modified/edited, or personal emails will not be accepted.

How to Participate

Interested participants should first review the complete project requirements and confirm that they have eligible Hindi emails. Do not send EML files during the application stage.

Selected participants will receive project access and onboarding instructions to upload eligible emails directly through the platform, where their submissions and QC status can be tracked.
