Role Description The Freelance Video Editor at DigiloomX will work full time on-site at the Kolkata office, collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams. Daily responsibilities include editing raw footage into polished videos, applying transitions and effects, optimizing pacing and storytelling, and preparing content for various digital platforms.

The role also involves basic sound editing, integrating motion graphics and visual assets, and ensuring consistent brand alignment across all video outputs.

The Video

Editor will manage multiple projects, meet delivery timelines,



and adapt edits based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading and basic Graphics creation for video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and integrating visual elements into digital video campaigns.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is preferred.
- Experience creating content for social media, digital ads, and branded campaigns is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and commitment to meeting deadlines are required.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Kolkata are significant.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
