1. Principal Consultant – EBS HRMS Functional
Experience: 10–12 years in Oracle EBS HCM
Strong experience in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Self-Service
EBS R12.2.x experience
Production support, troubleshooting, configuration, and implementation experience
Strong client-facing and communication skills
SQL/PLSQL experience is a plus
Oracle HCM certification / Oracle Cloud HCM experience is a plus
2. Principal Consultant – EBS Prospect to Report Functional
Experience: 10–12 years in Oracle EBS Projects
Strong experience in Projects Foundation, Projects Planning & Control, Project Billing, Project Costing, Receivables, and Payables
Production support and implementation experience
Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of Oracle Projects business processes
Strong client-facing and communication skills
SQL/PLSQL experience
Oracle Cloud Projects experience is a plus
3. Principal Consultant – EBS Source to Pay Functional
Experience: 10–12 years in Oracle EBS Procurement
Strong experience in iProcurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Payables
Production support and implementation experience
Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of Source to Pay business processes
