Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for expanding Junior Delhi School’s preschool franchise network. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing lead generation activities, and conducting presentations and meetings to explain the franchise model.

The Franchise Sales

Manager will develop and execute business plans, negotiate franchise agreements, and maintain relationships with franchisees to support their onboarding and growth.



Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring franchise operations align with the brand’s standards and values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Franchise Sales and Franchising skills.
- Candidates should possess effective Business Planning and lead generation skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant experience in franchise development, education, or retail sectors is beneficial.
