FPC Coordinator

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Job Summary

LILO is looking for a responsible and proactive FPC Coordinator to supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of our Fish Processing Centre. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth and productive FPC activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily FPC operations.
- Coordinate and monitor FPC staff and their daily activities.
- Oversee fish receiving, processing, packing, storage, and dispatch.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and material movement.
- Maintain operational records and reports using MS Excel.




- Coordinate stock distribution and deliveries to LILO kiosks.
- Ensure proper workflow, discipline, and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle operational issues and coordinate with the management when required.
- Drive company vehicles for operational requirements when necessary.

Requirements

Qualification: 10th standard or above.

LMV Driving Licence – Mandatory.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to supervise and manage a team.

Responsible, punctual, and willing to handle operational responsibilities.

Working Hours

09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
