We are looking for a motivated and experienced FP&A;, MIS Manager to join our team!

Education Qualification & Certifications Required

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (@ 10-15 yrs)
- Degree of MBA Finance / CS and SAP skills will be added advantage.

Functional Skills

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Lead the Annual Operating Plans (AoP), Functional Budgeting and periodic forecasting process.
- Analyse actual performance against Annual Operating Plans, Functional budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and prepare Deviation analysis.
- Identify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Work Closely with Internal Auditors for gap analysis, elimination of identified gaps and built a robust Internal Control System.

Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting





- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards and management reports covering financial and operational KPIs.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data used for management reporting.
- Automate and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Provide meaningful analysis and commentary along with financial reports rather than only presenting numbers.

Business Performance Monitoring

- Monitor revenue, profitability, costs, working capital, cash flows, and other key performance indicators.
- Partner with business and functional teams to understand operational performance.
- Support management in evaluating business performance and profitability by product, customer, business unit, or geography, as applicable.
- Track implementation and financial impact of key business initiatives.

Process Improvement & Systems

- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) and drive implementation of SoPs for Financial, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management and Order to Cash functions.
- Drive automation and digitalisation of finance reporting using ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Establish standard templates and reporting processes across the organisation.

The FP&A;, MIS Manger (Banking & Treasury) will be responsible for leading a small team or mentoring junior finance professionals, driving cross-functional collaboration, and acting as a trusted finance partner to senior business leaders. Should have Solid analytical and financial modelling skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/Tableau and ERP systems preferred.

Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly to senior management is essential. The role requires Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
