Ethereal Labs builds consumer products across technology, entertainment, storytelling, and gaming.

We’re looking for a high-ownership generalist to work directly with the founders on strategic and execution-focused projects across product, AI, content, growth, analytics, and operations.

What you’ll do:

- Own high-priority projects end-to-end, from research to execution.
- Work across product, technology, content, marketing, growth, and operations.
- Conduct market, competitor, consumer, and data analysis.
- Support key business decisions, experiments, launches, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify problems, remove bottlenecks, and independently drive outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

- 1–3 years of experience in startups, technology, gaming, media, consulting, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of technology, consumer products, content, and growth.
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Preferred: Experience in gaming, entertainment, media, consumer internet, AI, or other cross-functional startup roles.
