We’re looking for someone who wants to work directly with the founder on problems that matter.

This isn’t a role with a fixed playbook. You’ll work across growth, strategy, partnerships, operations, research and recent initiatives — depending on what the business needs.

What you’ll do

- Break down ambiguous business problems and find a way forward
- Research markets, customers, competitors and new opportunities
- Build recommendations and business cases
- Work on important growth, client and partnership initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and help solve them
- Take projects from idea → execution
- Build systems, processes and experiments where needed
