About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the Founder on business analysis, MIS reporting, dashboards, presentations, and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

Track business performance, KPIs, targets, and key initiatives.

Analyze data and provide actionable business insights.

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.

Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, charts, and data cleaning.

Prepare business presentations and management reports in PowerPoint.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of initiatives.





Handle ad-hoc business analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Founder's Office, or similar roles.

Advanced Excel and data analysis are mandatory.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Power BI / Google Sheets experience is an advantage.

B.Tech preferred | Jaipur | Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
