About Taho Living :-
Taho Living is a luxury furniture and home décor brand focused on contemporary design, quality materials and craftsmanship.
We are looking for an organised, proactive and dependable person to support the Founder and improve coordination across the organisation.
About the Role :
The Founder’s Office Associate will work closely with the Founder and coordinate daily priorities, meetings, projects, deadlines and follow-ups across departments.
The role requires someone who can plan, coordinate, follow up and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Founder & Calendar Management
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments and reminders.
- Plan daily, weekly and monthly schedules.
- Track important deadlines and pending tasks.
- Prepare documents and information required for meetings.
- Coordinate travel, events and appointments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
2. Coordination & Follow-Up
- Convert leadership decisions into clear tasks, owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate with different departments for timely completion of work.
- Maintain project and departmental trackers.
- Follow up regularly until tasks are closed.
- Identify delays and escalate important issues.
- Ensure smooth flow of information between teams and leadership.
3. Meetings & Action Tracking
- Schedule internal and external meetings.
- Prepare agendas and required information.
- Record decisions, action points and deadlines.
- Maintain meeting action trackers.
- Follow up with responsible team members for closure.
4. Reports & Presentations
- Prepare presentations, reports, trackers and meeting documents.
- Collect and organise information from different departments.
- Assist with business reviews and project updates.
- Maintain proper records of projects, decisions and reports.
- Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally presented.
5. Planning & Project Calendars
- Prepare timelines for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, shoots and other projects.
- Track dependencies between departments.
- Monitor progress and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with company priorities.
Note: The role will support coordination and follow-through but will not replace department managers or make specialist decisions.
Who We’re Looking For :
- Highly organised, disciplined and proactive.
- Strong follow-up and task-closure skills.
- Quick to understand instructions and priorities.
- Confident in coordinating with different teams and seniority levels.
- Good at calendar management and prioritisation.
- Strong skills in presentations, reports,
spreadsheets and trackers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Professional and well-presented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy, discreet and detail-oriented.
- Takes ownership and works independently.
Experience in luxury, design, architecture, interiors, fashion, hospitality or lifestyle businesses will be preferred.
Experience & Education:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Founder’s Office, Executive Assistant, Project Coordination, Business Operations, CEO’s Office or similar roles.
- Graduate in Business, Management, Commerce, Communications or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills will be given more importance than academic qualifications.
