We’re looking for a highly proactive Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the founder of a fast-growing OTT/media company.

This role is for someone who can take ownership, communicate with people, get meetings scheduled, and make sure things actually move forward.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing the founder’s calendar and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating with potential investors, business partners, content creators, vendors and other stakeholders
- Investor and partnership outreach, follow-ups and meeting coordination
- Identifying and reaching out to relevant people and companies
- Managing the hiring process — sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining pipelines and tracking conversations, opportunities and next steps
- Drafting emails, WhatsApp messages and other professional communication
- Researching investors, partners, creators, candidates and business opportunities




- Ensuring that important conversations never get forgotten and every follow-up happens on time

What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Extremely proactive and persistent with follow-ups
- Comfortable speaking with senior executives, founders and external partners
- Able to research and figure things out independently
- Strong ownership mentality — you don't need to be told what to do at every step
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Positive working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs and other productivity tools

This is not a traditional personal assistant role. You will work closely with the founder across fundraising, partnerships, hiring, business development and operations, with significant responsibility and exposure. Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Off
