About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and adaptable individual to work closely with the founder and contribute to building the business from the ground up.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how businesses work, solving problems, turning ideas into action, and building systems that help a company scale.

You’ll get exposure to the bigger picture of the business — from strategy and growth to marketing, product, and operations.

What You’ll Work On

- Market, consumer, and competitor research to identify business opportunities
- Business strategy, growth initiatives,



and D2C brand analysis
- Marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution
- Product development and launch initiatives
- Dashboards, presentations, and strategic business projects
- Cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and operations
- Building systems, processes, and frameworks from the ground up

Who We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience working in a D2C company is mandatory
- Experience in marketing, growth, product development, business, or strategy roles
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Genuine enthusiasm for working in a startup and building systems from the ground up
