Job Summary:

We are looking for a Franchise Advisor to drive franchise business development by identifying potential investors, generating franchise leads, conducting presentations, managing follow-ups, and supporting the conversion of prospects into franchise partners. The candidate will work closely with management and internal teams to facilitate franchise expansion and maintain solid relationships with franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate potential franchise leads through calls, networking, digital platforms, referrals, and field visits.
- Communicate with prospective franchise investors and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company’s franchise model, investment requirements, business concept, fees, expected support, and terms.
- Conduct initial screening and assess the suitability of potential franchise partners.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, presentations, and franchise discussions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a proper franchise lead pipeline/CRM.
- Coordinate with management for franchise approvals, negotiations, and finalization.




- Support the franchise partner during the pre-opening and launch process.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Training.
- Maintain regular communication with existing franchisees and assist in resolving operational concerns.
- Monitor franchise performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, meetings, conversions, pipeline, and franchise development.
- Research potential locations and market opportunities for new franchise outlets.
- Ensure franchise activities are conducted according to company policies and standards.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
