AI is everywhere. Impact isn't. Gigarev builds and operates AI-native growth systems for B2B, B2C, and commerce teams. Platform, practitioners, and managed execution, not another dashboard nobody logs into.

The role

You'll work across client engagements, picking up whatever needs building next. Some weeks that's a client-facing workflow, some weeks an internal tool, some weeks a prototype we need working rapid. You won't be starting from a blank page. There's always someone on the team who already knows the problem and can point you at it.

1-2 years of experience. You don't need to have seen it all. You need to be able to pick things up quickly and be comfortable asking when you're not sure.

Who you'd be working with The team you're joining knows exactly what it's building and why. You'll work alongside people who've done this before, so you're solving real problems with context, not guessing in the dark.

What you'd be doing

- Join client engagements, understand what's needed, and build it, with the team backing you up
- Build workflows and internal tools that make execution faster, for clients and for us
- Use AI as a normal part of how you work, not a side skill




- Move between different kinds of problems as you get more comfortable
- Ship something, get feedback, improve it

What we're looking for
- Someone who's built something. Doesn't need to have users. It needs to be real and yours.
- Smart and quick to pick things up. New tools and contexts shouldn't slow you down for long.
- Enterprising. You'll go find the next useful thing to do instead of waiting to be told.
- Curious. You're happy trying something you haven't done before.
- AI-first mentality. You reach for AI as a normal part of getting things done, and you've used it to build something for yourself or others.
- Good communicator. You can explain what you're doing to both technical and non-technical people.
- Solution-first. When something's broken, you'd rather fix it than flag it and wait.
