Lead formulation development for liquid oral drugs (solutions, suspensions, syrups) in a GMP-certified unit preparing for exports, with upscaling to solid oral dosages (tablets, capsules). Guide a team of 5-7 junior scientists, ensure audit readiness (USFDA, EMA), and drive hands-on R&D; from lab scale to commercialization.

Responsibility

- Design, develop, and optimize liquid formulations focusing on stability, solubility, taste-masking, and preservative systems using QbD principles.
- Hands-on execution of pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility, and stability testing (ICH guidelines); scale-up to pilot/commercial batches for export.
- Transition projects to solid oral dosages: Develop tablets/capsules via granulation, compression, coating; manage tech transfer and process validation.
- Prepare for and lead responses during regulatory audits (e.g., USFDA, WHO); maintain documentation for ANDA/NDA filings = and export compliance.
- Mentor and guide team on experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting; foster GMP, safety,



and innovation culture.
- Collaborate with analytical, QA, production, and regulatory teams for tech transfer, stability studies, and market release.
