We’re looking for a Founder's Office – Generalist to work closely with the founders on high-priority business initiatives across strategy, growth, marketing, operations, and research.

Job Details

● Experience: 0–3 Years

● Location: Bengaluru, Hebbal

● Work Mode: Strictly On-Site

● Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

● Work directly with founders on high-priority business initiatives.

● Take projects from problem identification to execution.

● Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.

● Analyze data and develop actionable insights.

● Build presentations, reports, and business recommendations.

● Support initiatives across strategy, growth, marketing, and operations.

● Coordinate with teams to drive execution and remove bottlenecks.

● Identify process gaps and help build better systems and processes.

● Take ownership of ad-hoc business problems and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

● 0–3 years of experience in a startup, consulting, strategy,



operations, growth, or similar role is preferred.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

● Ability to structure ambiguous problems and figure out solutions independently.

● Someone who thinks before executing and asks the right questions.

● Strong research and attention to detail.

● High sense of ownership and execution.

● Strong written and verbal communication.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.

● Fast learner who is comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.

● AI-first mindset - comfortable leveraging AI tools to research, think, solve problems, automate workflows, and execute faster.

Good to Have

● Experience working with founders or leadership teams.

● Startup, consulting, strategy, operations, or entrepreneurial experience.

● Strong presentation and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

● Basic understanding of business metrics and data analysis.
