Role Description The Food & Beverage role at President Hotel Jodhpur is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur.

Responsibilities include taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean, well-organized dining area. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen team, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting buffet or banquet setups as needed. Team members will handle guest inquiries, resolve basic service issues, and follow hotel procedures for billing and cash handling.

The position requires working flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with an understanding of menu items and basic service protocols.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess foundational Culinary Skills, including basic food handling, presentation, and hygiene practices.
- Relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, or catering environments is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced setting, and follow health and safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of POS or billing systems and comfort with handling cash or digital payments is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training or certifications are a plus.
