Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager (F&B; Manager) will oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at CGH Earth Experience Hotels, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role is based in Alappuzha and involves managing restaurant and bar teams, supervising kitchen and service coordination, and ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices. The F&B; Manager will plan menus in collaboration with culinary teams, monitor inventory, control costs, and support budgeting and revenue targets.





Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, training and performance management, handling guest feedback, and implementing initiatives that reflect the brand’s commitment to responsible tourism and local sourcing.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality control.
- Proven ability in Customer Service, with a focus on guest satisfaction, feedback management, and hospitality standards.
- Experience in Training, including coaching and developing service teams to meet performance and service benchmarks.
- Competence in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis for F&B; operations.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in hotels or resorts, preferably in the food and beverage department.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices in hospitality, including local sourcing and waste reduction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Hospitality management degree or equivalent skilled qualification is preferred.
