- Guest Service: Greet customers, present menus, and offer menu recommendations.

- Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely delivery.

- Table Management: Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas, tables, and service stations.

- Billing & Payments: Process guest bills and handle cash or digital POS payments safely.

- Safety & Hygiene: Uphold food safety rules, personal grooming, and clean workspace standards.

Qualifications

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service (freshers with a relevant qualification are often welcome).

- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, teamwork, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and stand or walk for long shifts.
